Welcome
Actively engaging in counseling is a profound act of strength and courage. It takes immense bravery to begin a process of change, and I am here to honor and support your journey toward healing and growth.

Counseling is a partnership, and I am here to walk alongside you, celebrating your resilience and supporting your path to well-being. Your story is unique, and I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where you can explore, heal, and thrive.
Counseling Philosophy
With two decades of experience in education, counseling, and mental health, I have helped individuals, families, and communities navigate their challenges and embrace their potential. My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone has inherent strengths and the capacity for change. I believe that physical, mental, and spiritual health are interconnected. Each aspect influences and enhances the others to create a holistic sense of well-being. By focusing on a strength-based and solution-focused approach, I aim to empower you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
I hold a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision and two master’s degrees in counseling and education. My background includes roles as a parenting coach, school-based therapist, crisis counselor, and school counselor, allowing me to support individuals across various stages of life.
